House on rent basis for 3 students

We are looking for 3 students (boys only) on rent basis for our House located in Civil lines area of Nagpur, near MLA hostel, behind RBI quarters. The location is near to Hislop College, GS commerce college and LAW college. The living room can accommodate 3 students and kitchen will be common to all along with 2 balconies. Basic facilities like parking, beds, water supply is included. Electricity to be paid extra at actuals.
